Lauren H. Ramers is a Leadership Studies doctoral student at the University of San Diego whose research interests include education reform, social justice in K-12 education, servant leadership, and women in leadership. She hopes to inspire educators to become resident researchers who investigate innovative solutions that remove barriers to learning.
